The following areas have been identified as areas containing a large amount of industrial factories, corporate offices, professional people, wholesalers, retailers and up-market residential areas as well as large farming communities. These are the target markets, as most of the owners of businesses have a product or service to sell and are therefore potential clients to make these products / services available on SA Online and at the same time they and their personnel will also be users of SA Online when products / services are required. The service is extremely useful for the farming community as they have a need to sell and buy and being remote from most purchasing points will see this service as important.
Areas as indicated will use the Magisterial District boundaries where applicable. Where towns are split i.e. Cape Town, the area will be blocked according to streets.
